Yael Zchut

Yael Zchut has extensive experience in the legal field, primarily working for IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries. At IAI Marketing and Sales HQ, they served as the Director of Consultants Legal Counsel and Compliance Coordinator, ensuring legal compliance and managing engagements with marketing agents, consultants, and resellers globally. Yael also held the role of Chief of Staff, Assets Manager, and Legal Counsel at IAI Corporate Services, where they managed assets, handled legal aspects of real estate, and provided legal advice for commercial and operational activities. Additionally, Yael worked as a Contract Manager and Legal Counsel at IAI Corporate Services, overseeing multimillion-dollar contracts and tenders. Prior to their time at IAI, they worked as a Corporate Lawyer at Menora Mivtachim Insurance Company Ltd, where they were involved in underwriting directors' liability policies and handling subrogation claims.

Yael Zchut obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree from The College of Management Academic Studies from 1994 to 1998.
