Yariv Davidov

Yariv Davidov is a seasoned professional with significant expertise in learning and development. Currently serving as a GrowthSpace Sprint Coach since September 2021, Yariv focuses on enabling professional development and guiding employees towards achieving their goals and business KPIs through targeted, outcome-driven development sprints. In addition, Yariv has been a Learning and Development Expert at Israel Aerospace Industries since September 2014, where responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses and designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating corporate training solutions. With a background as a Learning Development Officer in the IDF from June 1997 to November 2013, Yariv's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Behaviour from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
