Cherieke Doek

Cherieke Doek is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in global compliance program management. Currently serving as Director of Global Compliance Program Management and Head of Compliance (EU) at ICL Group since May 2020, Cherieke is responsible for developing and implementing the overall global compliance strategy and leading compliance initiatives. Prior roles include Head of Compliance for EU, CIS & North Africa at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where Cherieke provided tailored compliance solutions and ensured adherence to international laws, and Assistant General Counsel & Senior Compliance Officer at Emerson Exploration and Production, overseeing compliance program implementation. Additional experience includes serving as Secretary Treasurer for EAGE and corporate counsel at Kinetic Concepts Inc, focusing on data protection and compliance in the EMEA and APAC regions. Cherieke holds a Law degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
