Erez Lavie

Erez Lavie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Planner.G.T.E.M since December 2022, Erez also holds the position of Sourcing Manager for Energy, Sales, and Circular Economy at ICL Group, where responsibilities include significant commercial management in energy and sustainability. Previous roles include Co-Founder at Interglatt Technologies, focusing on biotech innovations for livestock health, and Shipping Manager at Dead Sea Works, overseeing international container logistics. Erez's career also includes founding a Netanya branch for the NPO Ziv Neurim, where operational and financial sustainability was established, and managing real estate projects across several Israeli cities. A former Captain in the Israeli Navy, Erez holds an MBA in Finance from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and completed the Israeli Naval Officers Academy's Programme at the University of Haifa.
