Ilan Hadad

Ilan Hadad is an experienced procurement and operations professional with a diverse background in the chemical industry. Currently serving as a Procurement Manager at Elyakim Ben Ari group since April 2023, Ilan previously held multiple roles at ICL Group, including Excellence and Innovation Manager, Head of Technical Services Procurement, and Procurement Manager. In these positions, significant contributions included establishing a new business unit, founding a global procurement organization, managing procurement processes, and implementing a culture of excellence. Ilan's early career involved roles such as Plant Manager for potash production and various engineering positions from August 1989 to February 1997. Ilan holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
