Kaan Reyhan

Kaan Reyhan is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as a Senior Sourcing Manager at ICL Group since March 2023, overseeing a team of Buyers and Interns while handling supplier selection and negotiation for Technical & Maintenance Equipment. Previously, Kaan held the role of Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, managing indirect services within the Contractors and Energy sub-category across multiple regions, emphasizing cost reduction and service quality. Prior to ICL Group, Kaan spent nearly a decade at Roketsan as a Strategic Procurement Manager, leading procurement for R&D projects and services, while also mentoring junior team members. Earlier career roles include academic consulting at TechKnowledge FZLLC and research assistance at Bilkent University. Kaan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University and dual Bachelor's degrees in International/Global Studies from the University of Leeds and Business Administration from Middle East Technical University.
