Katie Zwart

Katie Zwart is a seasoned professional in sourcing, procurement, and talent management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Sourcing & Procurement Operations at Western Union since April 2024. Previously, Katie held various roles at VMware from April 2021 to January 2024, including Senior Talent Advisor for Cloud Solutions and Technical Recruiter for Global Product Hiring Events. Katie's experience also includes positions at TEKsystems as Account Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter from June 2016 to April 2021, as well as roles at Wells Fargo as Personal Banker and Teller from March 2012 to March 2016. Katie earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Walden University between 2014 and 2016.
