Liat Mayan

Liat Mayan has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Liat began their career as an HR Manager at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites in 1999. In 2002, they moved to Unilever where they served as an HR Business Partner. Liat joined Perrigo Company plc in 2007 and held various roles including HR Business Partner, Head of Talent Acquisition, and Head of L&OD. Liat then moved on to Wavelength Pharmaceuticals in 2017, where they served as a VP of Human Resources for nearly five years. Liat's most recent role is as a VP HR Business Partner at ICL Group, which they started in February 2022.

Liat Mayan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which was obtained from 1996 to 1999. Liat later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Studies from the same university, completing it from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Liat obtained a degree in Organizational Consulting with a focus on Human Resources Development from The Open University of Israel in 2005.
