Suzanne Weaver

Suzanne Weaver is an experienced HR professional currently serving as VP, HR Business Partner for Biopharma at Grifols since May 2025. Previously, Suzanne held the position of VP, Global HR Business Partner at ICON plc from November 2017 to May 2025, where responsibilities included advising Division Presidents and senior leadership, building relationships, and implementing HR solutions for business success. In a prior role as Director of Human Resources at PRA Health Sciences, support was provided to C-Suite executives to align HR initiatives with organizational strategies. Suzanne also served as Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Workplace Options, overseeing talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and talent management across 16 countries. Earlier in the career, a managerial role at Apple involved recruitment, training, and management of over 150 employees in a retail setting. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University.
