Meital Trabelsi

Meital Trabelsi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, strategic planning, and organizational development. Currently, as a Senior Human Resources Manager at ICL Group, Meital oversees HR strategy and labor relations for the IP division in Israel while leading the HR team and partnering with senior management to enhance talent engagement and retention. Prior roles include VP of HR at RB-Doors, managing change and HR processes across four sites in Israel, and a lengthy tenure at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities spanned HR management and organizational development.
