Ohad Coves

Ohad Coves currently serves as the Head of Maintenance Engineering Unit at Dead Sea Works and has been with ICL Group since February 2019 as Site Reliability Engineering Manager. In addition to these roles, Ohad manages the maintenance at the Compacting Plant and has been involved in work processes implementation at Dead Sea Works since January 2017. Responsibilities include developing work processes, job descriptions, and workflows, as well as building tools for implementation and execution. Ohad also holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
