Previously, Ximeng held the position of Front End Innovation Analyst, where responsibilities included assessing emerging technologies for food and specialty chemicals, managing collaborative projects with startups, and building innovation pipelines. Ximeng's academic background includes a doctoral degree in Technical Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University, along with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same institution.
