Yair Kella

Yair Kella is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of the Maintenance Department at ICL Group since September 2023, leading initiatives in operational excellence and equipment reliability within a chemical process plant. Previously, Yair held the position of Plant Engineering Manager at Tambour from May 2016 to September 2023, directing maintenance activities and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites. Earlier roles include serving as NG System Engineer at Merimon Natural Gas Ltd., where Yair focused on the design and reliability of gas distribution systems, and as Project Engineer at Ludan Engineering, overseeing the construction of oil refinery systems. Yair holds multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, including a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and an Associate's degree, along with completion of a PMP course.
