Jean-Philippe Ceppi

Jean-Philippe Ceppi has extensive experience in the field of industrial engineering and production management, currently serving as the Head of the Maintenance and Production Logistics Department at ROLEX since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jean-Philippe held various positions at ROLEX SA from April 1999 to January 2020, including Head of Production Unit and Head of the Industrialization Team, focusing on production management and the implementation of manufacturing tools and strategic development plans. Jean-Philippe's earlier experience includes leading the Industrialization Team at Gay Frères SA and overseeing Technical Services at NTN-SNR, where responsibilities involved managing teams and optimizing manufacturing processes. Jean-Philippe holds a degree in mechanical and industrial engineering from ARTS et METIERS - PARIS TECH and has pursued further education in visual arts and mind mapping techniques.
