Iris Avner

Iris Avner serves as a Board Member for Discount Bank, Tower Semiconductor, Rotshtein Realestate Ltd, and Brand Industries Ltd, as well as a Board Member for Guideline Group. Iris Avner has been the CEO of Nika Holdings Ltd since September 2015, specializing in financial solutions for global corporations, including the management of an "Investors Club." Previously, Iris Avner was a Partner at Mustang Mezzanine Fund, where responsibilities included providing debt-based financial solutions and overseeing investments. Additionally, Iris Avner held the position of Chairman of the Investment Committee at HALMAN ALDUBI GROUP and served as CEO of Mizrahi Tefahot Underwriting and Issuing from 2005 to 2008. Iris Avner holds an MBA in accounting and finance from Tel Aviv University and a BA in economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
