David Marcu

David Marcu has extensive work experience in leadership positions. David served as the CEO of Israel Elwyn from October 1993 to January 2022 and then took on the roles of Senior CEO and President from January 2022 onwards. Additionally, they served as the Immediate Past President of the International Association of Jewish Vocational Services from April 2009 to April 2011.

David Marcu earned an MBA in Human Resource Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained an MA in Talmud and Rabbinics from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America from 1982 to 1984.
