Na'Ama Eyal

Na'ama Eyal currently serves as the Learning & Development and Employee Experience Manager at the Israel Innovation Authority, focusing on developing and implementing employee engagement and culture programs. Previously, Na'ama held roles at Hadassah Academic College, including Human Resources Team Lead and Human Resources Specialist, where responsibilities included managing HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee life cycle activities.
