Yair Bezman

Yair Bezman, PhD, is a Food Tech Professional Auditor at the Israel Innovation Authority since December 2014. Previously, Yair Bezman served as Manager of Applied Research and the Analytical Lab at Strauss Group Inc. from June 2008 to September 2012, overseeing scientific research projects in food science, new product development, and analytical methods implementation. Prior to this role, Yair Bezman was the Analytical Lab Manager at Strauss Group Inc. from July 2005 to March 2008. Yair Bezman holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Science and Technology as well as Biochemistry and Food Science, both obtained from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 1997 and 2005.
