Elena Baskis

Elena Baskis has a diverse work experience in the field of communication equipment. Elena started their career at ECI Telecom as an Engineer in October 1997 and worked there until April 2008. After that, they joined Flextronics as an Engineer in April 2008 and worked there until November 2014. Since February 2015, Elena has been working at the Ministry of Communications, first in a role related to technological supervision and currently as the Head of Communication Equipment department in the License Division.

Elena Baskis obtained their Master's degree in Telecomunication Automatics Telemechanics from the Technical University of Railway Transport (Tashkent). Elena attended the university from 1991 to 1996.
