Or Cohen serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OCP LTD since October 2024, bringing extensive experience in project management from the Israeli Air Force and the Israeli Ministry of Defense. In the Israeli Air Force, Or Cohen has held the role of Project Management Officer at the IT Engineering Department since May 2021, focusing on optimizing IT processes, managing Agile methodologies, and overseeing risk and data management. Previously, in the Israeli Ministry of Defense, Or Cohen managed project execution and collaborated with development teams from January 2016 to May 2021. Or Cohen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Industrial Management from SCE - Shamoon College of Engineering, completed in July 2020.
