Noy Finanser Nehardea is an experienced professional in community leadership and education management, currently serving as Regional Director at the Israeli-American Council (IAC) since 2021. In this role, Noy has successfully coached community leaders, developed training programs, and expanded student participation significantly. Prior to IAC, Noy held the position of Regional Director of Recruitment and People Development at Friends of Israel Scouts, where Noy orchestrated team-building seminars and designed educational materials. Noy also has a background in the Israel Defense Forces, having held leadership roles in training and volunteer management. Noy holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and Management from The Open University of Israel.

Strengthen the relationships between the Israeli-American community and the Israeli community in Israel. Build bridges between the Israeli-American and Jewish American communities in the United States.
