Omer Kafkafi

Omer Kafkafi is a Customer Success Manager currently at IsraTransfer since April 2023, providing clients with seamless fund trading and transfer services to and from Israel. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Success Manager and Support Manager at GivingWay from June 2019 to July 2022, where Omer managed user accounts and identified upsell opportunities while enhancing client experiences through needs analysis. Omer also worked as a Behavior Insight professional at Medisafe® in late 2017, focusing on usage data analysis to improve application design and user engagement. Earlier, as a Teaching Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from September 2016 to August 2017, Omer developed training materials and assessed academic performance. Omer holds a Master's degree in Social Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
