Holly Arthur

Holly Arthur is the Chief Operating Officer at Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Inc. (ISRI). Prior to this role, Holly served as Senior Vice President at the same company. Holly has a background in communications, public affairs, and media relations, working with various organizations such as the Portland Cement Association, Association of American Railroads, and Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. Arthur also has experience in reputation management, communications program strategy, and government relations. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Randolph-Macon College and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Limerick.
