Martin Bell has extensive experience in client services and customer support, currently serving as a Client Success Manager for Financial Clarity and Mortgage Clarity products at ISS Market Intelligence since June 2018. Prior to this, Martin worked at Rhetorik Solutions from January 2008 to May 2018, initially as a Customer Services Manager responsible for bespoke data provision and customer feedback, and later as a Data Product Manager and Project/Campaign Manager overseeing telemarketing campaigns. Martin's career began at DHL as a Lead Centre Agent, qualifying inbound leads for sales teams. Martin holds an O' Level degree from St. Mary's College Liverpool, completed between 1980 and 1985.
