Peter Brooks

As President & Chief Executive Officer of ISS Solutions, Peter Brooks is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as continuing its long-standing tradition of service excellence.

Prior to joining ISS Solutions, Peter established himself as a successful executive leader in engineering, technology, and biotech companies. As Vice President, Product & Business Development for Physiome Sciences, he led the company through a successful acquisition of a Boston-based drug discovery company. At Bentley Systems, he was the executive in charge of a $35 Million manufacturing software business unit. Prior to Bentley, Peter held various marketing and management positions at ANSYS, Inc., where he launched the company’s business efforts directed at simulation and optimization tools for design engineers. Peter started his career as an engineer and entrepreneur, forming a successful consulting and technical software company that was later sold to industry leader ANSYS.

Peter holds a B.A. in mathematics, physics, and music from Wesleyan University, an M.S. in engineering science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an M.S.I.A. (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University. He has participated in executive education programs at Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and Wharton Business School and has completed graduate-level work at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Peter resides in New Hampshire with his wife, Lulu Huber. He enjoys client travel, hiking and music.
