Emma Malmeby

Emma Malmeby currently serves as a Business Development Manager at ISS Sweden, a position held since May 2023. In addition, Emma has been an active member of MERC Talangnätverk since August 2020, contributing to the promotion of young talents in the real estate and finance sectors through networking and professional development opportunities. Previously, Emma worked as a Business Development Manager at Emilshus, a rapidly growing property company listed on Nasdaq Mid Cap Stockholm, from August 2021 to June 2023. Additional experience includes roles at Vasakronan in investments and Nordanö as an associate and analyst, focusing on real estate transactions. Emma began the career at Cushman & Wakefield as a part-time trainee in the valuation department. Emma holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management and Science in Real Estate and Finance, respectively, from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
