Beatriz Santos

Beatriz Santos currently serves as the Head of Workplace and Support Services for Spain at ISS A/S, where responsibilities include Operations Performance and Sales & Commercial Excellence. Prior to this role, Beatriz held positions at Cushman & Wakefield, leading Workplace Strategy in Madrid and working as an Architect and Workplace Strategist in Project and Development Services. Beatriz's earlier experience includes working as an Architect at Construcciones Amenabar, S.A., and as a Graduate Architect during a full-time internship at CGT WORKS LIMITED. Beatriz holds a Master of Architecture (MArch) from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a certification in Real Estate Development from Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid, and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture & Urban Planning from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Additional education includes participation in the Erasmus Academic Exchange Program at École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture Paris La Villette and a Summer Exchange Program at Tongji University, alongside an Exclusive Degree in Humanistic and Professional Training from Universidad CEU San Pablo.
