Christina May

Christina May serves as the People & Culture Director for ISS A/S, overseeing Group Functions and Global Operations and GITDS since December 2022. Previously, Christina held various roles at ISS Facility Services Danmark, including Head of Talent & Development and Interim People & Culture Director, managing teams and HR services for both local and global operations. Christina's experience also includes significant HR leadership roles at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy and compliance across multiple sites, and earlier positions at DONG Energy, Carlsberg Group, and DI - Dansk Industri, focusing on HR legal advisory and employee relations. Christina holds a Cand. jur degree from the University of Copenhagen and a BA.HA-jur degree in Economics and Business Law from Copenhagen Business School.
