Kristoffer Lykke-Olesen

Kristoffer Lykke-Olesen is an experienced finance and legal professional currently serving as the Head of Group Specialist Finance, Head of ESG/Sustainability Reporting, and Head of Group Treasury & Risk at ISS A/S since October 2016. Prior to these roles, Kristoffer held various leadership positions within ISS A/S, including Group Vice President and Head of Group Treasury. Kristoffer's legal career began at Kromann Reumert and Kromann & Münter, specializing in M&A and restructuring, followed by a role as Legal Counsel at Realtime A/S. Kristoffer holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Aarhus University, obtained between 1993 and 1999.
