Paulina Zaczek

Paulina Zaczek is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and management. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Manager at ISS A/S since April 2021, Paulina leads the execution of Group Supply Chain and Procurement initiatives at multiple organizational levels. Prior to this role, Paulina was a Sourcing Manager for Insights & Analytics at Mondelēz International from June 2017 to April 2021, overseeing a significant sourcing strategy for the European region. Paulina's earlier experience includes a position as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where responsibilities included leading transformation projects for a beauty products manufacturer, and as a Sourcing Specialist at Motherson Group, where a sourcing department was successfully established. Paulina began a career in administrative support at J.Pustul, M.Przywara Doradztwo podatkowe. Paulina holds a Magister degree in International Relations from Jagiellonian University.
