Sarah Ferrand

Sarah Ferrand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and development, currently serving as Group Talent Development Manager at ISS A/S since February 2023. Previously, Sarah held key positions at Barclays as People Advisory Partner and at HSBC as Vice President of Learning and Talent Development, where significant achievements included spearheading a new career program, revamping regulatory training processes, and leading successful campus recruitment campaigns. With a strong background in strategy design, diversity and inclusion, and training across multiple industries, including roles at Danone and Capgemini, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in optimizing talent acquisition and development efforts. Sarah holds a Master's degree in International Business and Trade from SKEMA Business School.
