Shengjian Ou

ShengJian (Tony) Ou is a corporate development and M&A professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving in the Corporate Development, M&A role at ISSA-The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association since July 2024, ShengJian previously held the position of Senior Manager of Corporate Strategic Investment at Foxit Software, Inc. from December 2017 to July 2024, focusing on corporate M&A.
