Susan Wands

Susan Wands is a seasoned Technical Program Manager at Issuer Direct Corporation since February 2023, with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Prior to this role, Susan served as the Director of Front End Engineering at Revelstoke Security, where significant accomplishments included new feature development and leading the redevelopment of the front-end codebase. As the Founder of Women In Tech Allies, Susan established a dynamic tech community in the Raleigh-Durham area focused on supporting underrepresented tech talent. Additional previous roles include Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Screencastify, Technical Advisor at Because Intelligence, and Senior Software Engineer at Insight, among others, with a strong technical skill set spanning various frameworks and programming languages. Susan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology and Behavior from Northeastern University.
