Eric Jason Tan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eric Jason started their career as a Communication Skills Trainer at the Trade Union Congress of the Philippines in 2007. Eric Jason then worked as a Language Trainer at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they joined Teleperformance as a Product Specific Trainer and went on to be promoted to Assistant Manager in 2013, Training Manager in 2017, and Senior Manager in 2018. At Teleperformance, they handled multiple programs both internationally and domestically, covering verticals such as telco, finance, retail, logistics, and technical support through voice, chat, and email channels. Currently, Eric holds the position of Director of Operations at ISTA Solutions since 2021.
Eric Jason Tan attended the International Academy of Management and Economics from 2001 to 2004, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management. From 1995 to 1997, they also attended the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
