Annette Seifert

Annette Seifert has over 16 years of work experience with a focus on human resources. Annette is currently serving as the Senior HR Business Partner (Lead) for Corporate Functions at ista. Prior to this, they worked as the Deputy Head of HRD at thyssenkrupp Springs & Stabilizers from 2021 to 2023. Annette started their career at thyssenkrupp Federn und Stabilisatoren GmbH in 2011 as a Personalreferentin and held the position until 2021. Annette also worked as an Assistenz der Geschäftsführung at thyssenkrupp Springs & Stabilizers from 2007 to 2011.

From 2008 to 2013, Annette Seifert attended Fachhochschule Südwestfalen, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in BWL with a specialization in Wirtschaftsrecht.
