Berhan Kaplan

Berhan Kaplan is an experienced professional in the field of business informatics, currently serving as a Product Owner and Process Manager at ista since August 2017. Prior to this role, Berhan held positions as a Business Process Manager and IT Trainee at C&A from October 2013 to July 2017. Berhan holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Informatics from Paderborn University, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Informatics from the University of Duisburg-Essen, concluded in 2011.
