Carlos Diaz

Carlos Diaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and recruitment within the Non-IT, IT, and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Sr. VP at iStaff Global Solutions since January 2021, Carlos has progressed from a hands-on recruiter to a leadership role, demonstrating expertise across various operational functions. Prior to this, Carlos was the Head of Operations at Alpha Force Technology Solutions, managing a large team and overseeing day-to-day management, as well as team mentoring. Additional experience includes leading recruitment operations at Panzer Solutions and driving business development at Protouch Staffing, along with a background in staffing management at Nortek Medical. Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Osmania University.
