Cara Bergeson

Cara Bergeson is a Certified Event Designer with extensive experience in event operations and logistics. Currently serving as the Director of Event Operations at ISTE since February 2022, Cara previously held the role of Events and Marketing Director at Resource Recycling, Inc. for 15 years, where significant responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar budgets and implementing human-centered design strategies for large-scale events. As the owner of bentley B I When Fashion Goes To The Dogs, Cara operates a successful side business focused on product design and customer experience in the pet industry. With a background in digital marketing and event management spanning over two decades, Cara holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from Southern Oregon University, as well as specialized certifications in UX and UI design from notable institutions.
