Johanna Hakkarainen

Johanna Hakkarainen is an experienced service manager with a strong background in customer relations and technical system analysis. Currently serving as Service Manager at Istekki Oy since November 2020, Johanna previously held a similar role at Hansen Technologies for a brief period in 2020. Prior to that, Johanna worked at Istekki Oy as Asiakaspäällikkö from 2010 to April 2020 and served as a designer for Kuopion kaupunki from 2004 to 2010. Johanna's career began at Tieto Enator Oy as a System Analyst from 2000 to 2004.
