Juha Mäenpää

Juha Mäenpää is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly in the fields of digitalization and hardware design. As a Senior Consultant at Istekki Oy since May 2017, Juha has focused on planning and implementing wellbeing services reform in Pirkanmaa while also managing customer-related projects and internal developments. Prior to Istekki, Juha held various roles at Microsoft and Nokia Oyj, managing hardware design and integration for projects related to Windows Phone and chipset development. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication from Tampere University of Technology and ongoing studies for a Master's degree in Technological Competence Management at Turku University of Applied Sciences.
