Sanna Hiukka is an experienced professional in customer experience and service design, currently serving as Group Manager at Istekki Oy since June 2018. Previously, Sanna held various roles at Microsoft from April to October 2014, including UX Designer and Project Manager, successfully delivering multiple user interface libraries for mobile developers. Prior experience at Nokia from October 2007 to April 2014 focused on user experience consultation and project management for mobile applications. Sanna began a career at Oy Lindell Ab in sales and IT support from June 2001 to August 2007. Sanna holds a Master's degree in Usability with a minor in Industrial Management from Tampere University of Technology and has a strong background in music education.
