Ville-Matti Hokkanen

Ville-Matti Hokkanen has extensive experience in digital asset management, production management, and consulting, currently serving as Development Manager at Istekki Oy since September 2021. Prior positions include M365 Lean Consultant at Midpointed Oy and various leadership roles at Grano, including Head of Innovations and Director of Innolab Customer Solutions, where Ville-Matti led digital strategy initiatives and developed innovative services. Ville-Matti also held managerial roles at DMP Finland, overseeing studio production and marketing material development. A member of multiple executive teams, Ville-Matti holds a Lean Change Agent and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from Aalto University and has a background in brand management and digital production.
