Nikhil Malhotra is the Founder and Managing Director of iSTEP Mentors, a position held since January 2018. Prior to this, Nikhil founded and served as the Director of Beyond Teaching India from July 2011 to October 2013. Nikhil also played a key role at Career Launcher from March 2000 to December 2009, initially as a Quant Faculty and later as the Center Director, where the Nagpur Center became a market leader in MBA test preparation within two years of its launch in 2002. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, completed between 1995 and 1999.

iStep Mentors is a division of AB Education Avenues. AB Education avenues was established in 1987 by Mr. Arun Butani with a vision to help students to study outside of India. Over the last 2 decades, we have earn the ‘trust’ owing to the keen commitment to students’ future and career. We havee assisted over 15,000 students realize their global education dream and creating global citizens. iSTEP mentors is an initiative to bridge the gap of a virtually non-existent involvement of teaching fraternity of India in the global education space. We are enabling teachers in schools and colleges to play a critical role in shaping global careers of their students. Our Offerings For Teachers • Knowledge inputs and on-going connect to help enable the teacher become completely equipped in global education in one’s area of study • No fee to become part of the iSTEP Network of Teachers • Teachers recommend the students, and pass them on to iSTEP for coordination of admissions process. iSTEP keeps the teacher informed about their student’s progress from ‘start’ to ‘finish’ • Teachers actively engaged with iSTEP have an opportunity to visit foreign university as part of engagement and familiarization trips For Students • Complete documentation and paperwork help to reach the desired & most appropriate global university • Help students obtain scholarships and concessions in fees wherever possible • English language coaching- IELTS, PTE etc • Pre-departure orientation, assistance including helping find accommodation in International cities. International Universities • Help the International Universities obtain enlightened and bright minds opting for global programs recommended by their teachers • Increased awareness spread by Indian teachers engaging and understanding the global education system • Inviting Indian teachers to visit International Universities for a far more enriching engagement with specific Universities leading to a higher inflow of qualitative applications
