Francesca Rubino

Francesca Rubino's work experience includes serving as an HR Director at Istituto Biochimico Italiano Giovanni Lorenzini S.p.a. and ibi lorenzini spa since 2006. Francesca was also an HR Manager at data ufficio srl from 1996 to 2000 and an Area Manager at lidl italia from 1995 to 1996. In 2020, they participated as a Judge in the Enactus World Cup 2020.

Francesca Rubino completed a Master's in Labor Law at confindustria latina from 2009 to 2010. From 2007 to 2008, they attended confindustria latina for the Alma Graduates School program (Università di Bologna) in General Management. Francesca also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from Universita' La Sapienza Roma, which they obtained from 1987 to 1993. Additionally, they hold certifications such as the HRC TOP HR DIRECTOR AWARD 2023 from HRC International Group and a Black Belt from the percorso certificativo aziendale con master b, obtained in 2020.
