Enrico Pozzo

Enrico Pozzo is a Resident Physician in Radiation Oncology at Istituto Oncologico Veneto IOV - IRCCS since 2021 and is currently completing a residency at the Proton therapy centre PARTICLE/Department of Radiation Oncology at UZ Leuven for the year 2023 to 2024. Enrico has a comprehensive research background, holding a Fellowship from FWO-SB at KU Leuven from 2018 to 2021, focusing on therapeutic delivery in pediatric rhabdomyosarcoma, and has gained clinical experience as a Clinical Observer in the Pediatric Sarcoma Unit at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2020. Enrico's academic journey includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Sciences from KU Leuven and a Doctor of Medicine from Università di Pavia. Additional research roles have been undertaken at various institutions, contributing to significant projects in areas such as immunologic therapy for neuroblastoma and stem cell biology.
