Kamal has worked in the logistics industry since 2007. kamalludin'sfirst role was as a Warehouse Supervisor at CEVA Logistics, where they were responsible for implementing the company's vision, running changes in customer service levels, and managing health care products in cool storage. kamalludin also held roles as Value Added Service Foreman, Inventory Control Foreman, Transport Foreman, Billing Administrator, and Administrator POSM. In 2018, Kamal moved to iStore iSend as a Warehouse Manager, where they were responsible for planning and managing the daily operations and work processes at the warehouse to align with KPI goals. kamalludin also planned and monitored manpower schedules to ensure adequate manpower, and met cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. That same year, Kamal joined Toll Group as a Warehouse Supervisor and Inventory, where they were responsible for ensuring inventory of goods to send to DC and the Market, handling product returns from customers, and destroying/staling confectionary products.

Kamaluddin obtained a Diploma in Management Informatica from Bina Sarana Informatika Jakarta from 2012 to 2016. kamalludin also holds certifications in Kaizen Training from PT. CEVA Logistik Indonesia (2014), Balai Pelatihan Pendidikan Kejuruan (BPPK) from Dinas Pendidikan Menengah dan Tinggi (BPPK Jakarta Selatan) (2005), Computer Aplication Office Complex from Yayasan Lembaga Pendidikan Indonesia-Amerika (LPIA Jakarta) (2005), and Kuliah Umum Perpajakan from Direktorat Jendral Pajak (2005).
