Siew Ling Tang

Siew Ling Tang has a strong background in HR and administrative roles. From 2001 to 2010, they held positions such as Production Planning and Warehouse Officer at Kaneka Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Branch Manager at K.S.Secondary Fibre Sdn Bhd where they achieved significant improvements in business performance. Siew Ling then transitioned to HR roles, serving as Assistant HR and Admin Manager at Plant Biofuels Corporation Sdn Bhd and HR and Admin Manager at Jaya Gading Farm Sdn Bhd. Siew Ling successfully set up HR departments, developed pay structures, and implemented standard operating procedures. From 2013 to 2016, Siew Ling was a HR Assistant Manager at QL Resources Berhad, where they ensured HR compliance and eliminated non-compliance risks through audits. Siew Ling then joined HappyFresh in 2016 as the Country Head of People, overseeing a team of 150+ staff and 700+ fleet. In this role, they handled various HR responsibilities including employer branding, culture, employee engagement, and expatriate management. Presently, Siew Ling is the Chief People & Culture Officer at iStore iSend.

Siew Ling Tang has a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree in Chemistry from Unversity Putra Malaysia. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Creating Your Personal Brand" and "Running Company Onboarding" from LinkedIn in January 2017.
