Charlotte Tickle

Charlotte Tickle has extensive work experience spanning over several organizations. Charlotte began their career in 2002 as the General Manager/HR Manager at River Dart Country Park. In 2006, they transitioned to become the HR Manager at Riverford Organic Vegetables. A few years later, in 2017, they joined the Employee Ownership Association as a Non-Executive Director. Currently, Charlotte holds the role of People and Culture Director at Riverford Organic Farmers, a position they have held since January 2008. In their role, they oversee various aspects of the organization's operations, finance, and change management.

Charlotte Tickle attended the University of Plymouth from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Geography.
