H. Kenneth Merritt

H. Kenneth Merritt, Jr. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law, investment, and corporate governance. Currently serving as Club Historian and Member of the Centennial Committee at Burlington Country Club since December 2022, Merritt also holds the position of Corporate Secretary at iSun since February 2022. As Managing Director of Merritt & Merritt since July 1989 and Managing Director of North Country Angels, Inc. since January 2013, Merritt plays a pivotal role in supporting emerging growth companies and investors in Vermont. Additionally, Merritt chairs the Vermont Investors' Forum and is the President and Founder of the Vermont Venture Network. Past leadership includes serving as Chairman of the Board for Broadcast Pix until December 2023 and participation on the Board of Directors for the Investors' Circle-Social Venture Network until June 2018. Merritt's academic credentials include a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Sociology from the University of Michigan.
