Jeff Horton

Jeff Horton is the owner and creative director of iSurge Digital Marketing, a position held since July 2003, where innovative marketing services are provided to enhance business growth. Prior experience includes serving as content creation manager at Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston from January 2023 to May 2024 and as production coordinator at KPRC-TV from January 2001 to July 2003. Jeff Horton earned a degree in Communications with a focus on Media Production from the University of Houston between 1999 and 2001 and completed a general music program at Westbury High School from 1980 to 1982.
